DAM Azafatas & Eventos was born from a clear vision and a shared dream: to build an agency where elegance, professionalism, and attention to detail are always the foundation of every event.
The project was driven by its founder, Daniela Ioana Diaconu, with the idea of building more than a service: a close, committed brand focused on excellence.
Over time, DAM has grown thanks to a human team made up of professionals who share the same values: responsibility, dedication, respect, and passion for work done right.
Each event is the result of joint effort, coordination, and the commitment of a team that cares for every detail to deliver a unique and memorable experience.

Daniela Ioana Diaconu
With a career forged in the events industry and an innate passion for organization, Daniela founded Dam Azafatas y Eventos with the goal of creating a company that reflected her personal values.
Her multicultural background and command of four languages allow her to connect with clients and teams of different nationalities, expanding the company's services to Spain, Portugal, and Romania.
